Shortcuts
- Using two mushrooms, you can skip across the grass on both Turn 3 and Turn 6.
- Alternatively, you can use only one mushroom to skip across a smaller area.
- With Mr. Scooty, you can avoid the Piranha Plants with a really tight turn.
Strategies
- Power items can be very powerful when boosting across shortcuts. Because of this, Mario Circuit is a bagging track.
- In particular, you can use the golden mushroom from the first shortcut to before the third set.
- Traps aren't that useful in this track, but you can place Bob-ombs on the bridge, Turn 5 and the glider ramp.
