Shortcuts
- After Turn 1, the faster split path is the right path. However, if you need coins, you can trick off the right ramp and land on the left path to save more time.
- When entering the water section, you can drive on top of the left railing to drift tighter and faster.
- On the final turn, you can use a mushroom(or hop, but it's risky) to trick off the ramp.
Strategies
Wild Woods is a balanced track due to frontrunning potential being balanced out by power items, especially shocks.
You can use a Lightning before the second set to target shock frontrunners and get more power items.
Bob-ombs can be dropped by the split paths, the water current, and the booster ramps.
