Shortcuts

On Turn 3, you can use a mushroom to drive on the ramp. You can also use a mushroom on the following turn to skip over the grass.
However, if you use a mushroom at the start of Turn 4 or use precise drifting, you can jump over the gap and skip the entire turn.
On the final turn, you can use a mushroom to drift across the grass.

Dragon Driftway is a good running track due to having most of the track have no shortcuts.
Power items can be used on Turn 2(or Turn 3 for Bullet Bill), but they aren't that useful due to Toad Harbor's lack of item shortcuts.
Bob-ombs can cause a lot of damage when placed by the first two turns or the final turn.
