Shortcuts

On Turn 1, you can drift between the box and the wall to cross over the grass.
It's possible to trick off one of the trams in the downward straightaway by getting on top of one with a boost ramp.
On the final turn, you can use a mushroom to drift across the grass.

After Turn 1, you can use the boost ramp to get an item from both paths by jumping to the right side.
Power items can be used on Turn 2(or Turn 3 for Bullet Bill), but they aren't that useful due to Toad Harbor's lack of item shortcuts.
Bob-ombs are very useful when placed by the opening shortcut, opening ramp, or after the boost ramp on the top path.
