Shortcuts

At the grounded plane, use a mushroom on the bottom path to skip over the grass.
At the first glider section, hop before the ramp to get your glider out faster.
On the final turn, you can use a mushroom to drift across the grass.

Sunshine Airport is a good running track, but you can also take the lead using the plane shortcut.
Power items are potent after the third set to protect from shocks and to do the ending shortcut.
Traps can be best placed at both boost ramps and the first glider.
Because of the glider sections, target shocks are really good on this track.
